Located in the popular seaside resort Sunny Beach, the impressive and stylish Dune Hotel benefits from a private beach, a swimming pool, massage studio and boutique. The elegant property offers bright-tone furnished rooms . Hotel Rules: Check-in: 14:00 - 00:00 Check-out: 07:30 - 12:00 An earlier check-in time is possible after negotiation of conditions and explicit consent of the hotel. Registration of all guests is mandatory and is done upon check-in with a valid ID. Payment is made at the reception in cash (Bulgarian leva) or with American Express, Visa, Euro / Mastercard, Maestro cards. Late check-out is charged extra. It can be done only in the presence of available rooms and with the explicit consent of the hotel. This can be agreed the day before the check-out date. Check-out after 18:00 is charged as an overnight stay. In case of early check-out the amount for the nights remains the same as the originally agreed one. Upon departure, guests are required to inform the reception staff. It is not allowed unregistered persons to stay overnight at the hotel. The parking lot is only for hotel guests, and we would like to note that it is not guarded and the hotel is not responsible for damages to your car. The hotel is not responsible for documents and valuables left unattended. The hotel offers additional services for a fee such as: room service, laundry, ironing, beauty treatments and more. The full list can be obtained from a receptionist. Breakfast is served only in the indicated places of eating. Guests are allowed once per day. It is forbidden to take food products from the breakfast table outside the specified places of eating. The import of flammable, explosive and dangerous substances and objects is strictly prohibited on the territory of the hotel. It is forbidden to take any type of hotel property out of the hotel area. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel. Ironing is prohibited in the hotel rooms. For this purpose, you can contact a hotel employee to do it in the indicated ironing rooms in the hotel. Due to security reasons, please do not leave children under the age of 18 unattended in the hotel rooms as well as the common areas of the hotel. Use of the children's playground is free for hotel guests. We offer entertainment and activities that are extra paid. The use can be done only at the specified working hours of the children's playground. The guests of the hotel are responsible for all damages caused to the furniture, equipment and inventory of the hotel, as well as for the established lack of part of it. All damages are paid by the guests at prices determined by the hotel. Children and Extra Beds: All children are welcome. Free! One child under 6 years stays free of charge in an extra bed. Free! One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a crib. Any child from 7 to 14 years is charged . Any older child or adult is charged . Any type of extra bed or crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Pets are not allowed.
